Rebrand Strategist + Designer

 
 

Challenge:

Established film festival required a rebrand that would accommodate its additional programs and broader identity as a non-profit. A parent brand was developed with the film festival as its marquee program. Additional categories, or sub-brands, would organize activities by target audience and/or program type.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in market research team by interviewing stakeholders.

  • Work with communications agency and non-profit executive board to strategize parent and sub-brand structures.

  • Lead visual brand conversations within strategy sessions.

  • Establish visual brand identity (fonts, colors, etc.)

  • Design new logo for parent brand and all sub-brands.

  • Incorporate visual branding into homepage and build out additional pages with graphics, imagery and content.

  • Develop and deliver brand kit to client.
